При этом владеет она лишь 49,39%-ным пакетом. Об этом в четверг вечером сообщила сама Sibir Energy, опубликовав данные на официальной ленте раскрытия информации LSE. Пакет под контролем «Газпром нефти» (49,39%) — это доли сразу трех компаний, уточняет представитель «Газпром нефти»: 33,72% — в прямом владении (в номинальном держании Euroclear Nominees Ltd.), 14,67% у «дочки» ООО «Газпромнефь-ЗС», еще 1% — у подконтрольной Mak Holdings Ltd. Оставшиеся 25,66% — не контролируются «Газпром нефтью», добавляет собеседник «Ведомостей». Бенефициар этого пакета — Bennfield Ltd. А «Газпром нефть» через Orton Oil Company Ltd. контролирует ровно 50% Bennfield. Правда, весь пакет Bennfield (25,66%) — в залоге у «Газпромнефть финанс». In separate incidents in Dagestan's capital Makhachkala, a police car came under fire and two policemen were wounded by an unknown attacker, police said, adding that the same sniper could have been to blame for both incidents. An explosive device was also found near a railway close to Makhachkala, officials quoted by RIA Novosti said, forcing police to block off the road. Concerns have mounted over increased militant attacks throughout Russia's Caucasus region, where Islamist militants have been battling pro-Kremlin local authorities and Russian security forces in a low-level insurgency. 4). Footballer's brother dies in holiday tragedy The brother of Aston Villa and England footballer Luke Young has been found dead after a night out on the island of Crete. Andre Young, 17, from Saffron Waldon in Essex, is reported to have died after a drinking session on the final night of a holiday. The Foreign Office said the teenager had been missing since Monday, and had been suffered serious head injuries. Police are not treating the death as suspicious. Footballer Luke Young, 30, is said to be devastated by the news. 'He was a tremendous and talented person and a diligent student and this is such a waste of a promising life,' the Aston Villa defender said. The footballer has also appealed for anyone with information that could solve the mystery of his brother's death to come forward. 'We would be extremely grateful if anybody with any information of his whereabouts during that fateful evening could come forward to assist with investigations,' said Young. Все, что объявлялось официально, — сделка по покупке Orton Oil у Кесаева. Но в заявлении «Газпром нефти» не было ни суммы сделки, ни того, какой пакет в Sibir контролируют Orton и Кесаев. При этом сама Bennfield — предмет споров в британских судах. Точнее, оспариваются права на ее второго владельца — Gradisson (на нее претендуют Чигиринский и предприниматель Руслан Байсаров). Получается, до сих пор не понятны как минимум четыре факта: как пакет Bennfield снизился до 25,66% (т.е. «потерялись» 20,99%), как «Газпром нефть» купила часть этого пакета и у кого, а также то, осталась ли Gradisson бенефициаром Sibir в принципе. Последний факт: как распределены сейчас 100% Sibir? Если у «Газпром нефти» 49,39%, у Bennfield — 25,66%, а у Москвы — 19,3%, то у кого оставшиеся 5,65%? С представителями Чигиринского и Кесаева пока связаться не удалось, Байсаров на звонки вчера вечером не отвечал.
