De Beers in talks over ADC liquidation move.

De Beers in talks over ADC liquidation move. Stealing from museum in New York of two pictures, the “Himalaya” and the “Talung Monastry” – were of big upsetting to me. The abysmal wideness between Global Policy Making and pick pocketing at this level just like to saying to me how my box is full of this Chemesov’s rug dolls. (See photo). Weight of Clinton’s Meetings is obvious. The World’s Balance Power. Its touch everyone. The pirates from Brussels and Strasburg, the triangle consisted from two Africans and one almohad aggressive behavior at evening street with me, the muscle game in Pennsylvania (see article), the robbery of two pictures from “for us continent”, etc. In any way, it’s our civilization. With theirs, “hush-hush” mode to “f**** what ever the weather” deeds. Its good to note the prick association made by me, putting the together “Holly Triangle” of Kutchma-UK’s advertise (Aviva)-Sampaio give such crazy jump in the value of this Insurer. “Brotherhood from City” can argued of course, that it’s coincidence. That the “Clinton’s Meetings” nothing to see with the Swedish EU Presidency and the Delta Lloyd IPO… It’s not the point if I agree or disagree with this opinion. Important is the fact that I’m “that and closing” to the “WHO”. The untouchable’s pharaohs who don’t pay me. But, now at least they are reading me. Just think about how yesterday all day female part of 5th level structure, were walking around me in picked and high healed shoes. In my wild-less dreams (and how I sleep you knows), I wasn’t such Mosley F1 driver like yesterday. They hear my humble шаги за сценой, they see the rotten to the bone “Producer”. And I’m telling you just for one reason only; the strong smell of pop corn pursuing me for the second day now. (Hughes the creator of “At home alone”). Well, “I buy that, officer”: – ‘… the uncle Bucks say when he was cut in heavy burned car by the “Co”. He was traveling with his associate the Andrew Lancaster’. Only in our, Your Highness Baku business – it’s my remuneration which is notably LIMPING. Same is with the rough smell of Valerianaceae. The Maria Luk’anovna like to use it to treat hear heart. This, for two days schizophrenic mixture of stinks can be like always be explained through my horoscope: Your sex life is becoming a lot more fulfilling because you're finally letting go of your fears and acting on your desires. Don't be afraid to act out a fantasy. If you are single, you could find an open minded lover who is eager to meet your needs. You could meet them at a religious, cultural, or educational institution. Where, the of multimillion dollars question from Kutchma and Sampaio during the many years of this kind of “Clinton’s Meetings” was this: “A ти чій?” (Who are you?). And with this motto or ‘modus operandi’ from this Policy-makers and CV brokers, I would normally saying: From mummy and daddy…, and now I want to say: ‘How about the be from philosophical “Casa amarela” of institution called what-you-do-to-find-the-job? Where the my World Energy Policy may be a bit low, though the mode can be same-times to be “pleasant” to you. (see the article). It’s seems that because getting to be involved in something I always wanted to do but was afraid (the Zara Phillips?) to pursue. My friends, like you it or not. Change is and can be good, also are coming. Let’s after fifteen years don’t be silly, the sooner you understood the 5th article- the better. You well know – that I’m joined.

2). http://www.vz.ru/news/2009/8/7/315386.html.

Hollywood has paid tribute to writer-director John Hughes, following his death at the age of 59 from a heart attack. The youth impresario of the 1980s and 90s, who captured the teenage and pre-teen market with films like Home Alone, The Breakfast Club and Ferris Bueller's Day Off, died during a morning walk in Manhattan. Actor Matthew Broderick, who worked with Hughes in 1986, said: "I am truly shocked and saddened by the news about my old friend John Hughes - he was a wonderful, very talented guy and my heart goes out to his family." Jake Bloom, Hughes' long-time lawyer, said he was "deeply saddened and in shock". Hughes, a native of Lansing, Michigan, rose from ad writer to silver screen champ with his affectionate and idealised portraits of teenagers. His ensemble comedies made stars out of Molly Ringwald, Anthony Michael Hall, Ally Sheedy and many other young performers. He also scripted the popular Home Alone, which made little-known Macaulay Culkin a sensation, and wrote or directed such hits as National Lampoon's Vacation, Planes, Trains And Automobiles and Uncle Buck. Culkin said: "The world has lost not only a quintessential filmmaker whose influence will be felt for generations, but a great and decent man." Devin Ratray, who portrayed Culkin's older brother Buzz McCallister in the Home Alone films, said he remained close to Hughes over the years. "He changed my life forever," Ratray said. "Nineteen years later, people from all over the world contact me telling me how much Home Alone meant to them, their families, and their children."

4a). Woman-hater kills three in gym class. AMERICA: A gunman killed three women and wounded nine others when he opened fire on a gym class. George Sodini said nothing before spraying the studio with 52 bullets from two weapons on Tuesday evening. He then killed himself. Sodini, 48, kept a web page describing years of rejection by women. It listed his date of death and his status as ‘Never married’. The blog ended with the words:‘Death lives.’ Three of the victims taking part in the Latin dance lesson at LA Fitness in Bridgeville, Pennsylvania, were seriously ill last night.

4b). Nine die in care home blaze Belgium: A fire raged through a retirement home last night, leaving at least nine people dead and three in a critical condition. The blaze caused thick black smoke to sweep through the 100-resident care home, with most of the victims dying of suffocation. It was most likely caused by overheating equipment, police in the city of Melle said.

5). De Beers in talks over ADC liquidation move. A new court filing in Denver, Colorado, lodged on July 31, reveals that De Beers is in negotiations with shareholders of Archangel Diamond Corporation (ADC) to drop an attempt De Beers has been making to put ADC into bankruptcy, and abandon a Colorado court case against LUKoil and its Russian mining subsidiary, Arkhangelskgeoldobycha (AGD). According to the publicly available document, the three shareholders who oppose De Beers - Bruce Marks, ADC's attorney in the LUKoil case; Clive Hartz, a former ADC board member; and James Passin of the FirebirdGlobal Master Fund - "are continuing their negotiations and additional time is necessary to complete those negotiations. The Petitioning Creditors and ADC have agreed to an extension of time until August 13, 2009, for ADC to respond to the Involuntary Bankruptcy Petition." The court agreed to the extension, the second one granted since the three filed a bankruptcy petition in the Denver branch of the US Bankruptcy Court on June 26. The originating petition said that Marks's lawfirm was owed $135,000 in legal fees for the ADC case against LUKoil and AGD; Hartz was owed $50,000 in unpaid director's fees; and Firebird owed €76,547 ($107,709) for a business loan to ADC. Earlier, Hartz had resigned from the ADC board in protest after De Beers had revealed its plan to liquidate ADC. Through its Luxembourg subsidiary Cencan De Beers holds 59% of ADC's shares; Firebird is the next largest shareholder of ADC with about 18%. The bankruptcy application was filed in Denver, because the principal asset, which shareholders believe ADC still retains, is its legal case for compensation against the two alleged Russian raiders. AGD is wholly owned by LUKoil, one of Russia's leading oil producers and exporters. Two well-known Russian businessmen, Vagit Alekperov, the chief executive of LUKoil, and Alisher Usmanov, a metals and mining magnate, are named in the US court papers as having participated with the two defendant companies in "a scheme of fraud, breach of express and implied contract, civil conpsiracy, intentional interference with contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and unjust enrichment". ADC is claiming recovery of $30 million in investment, $400 million in its share of profits, and another $800 million in potential profits. AGD and LUKoil, Alekperov and Usmanov all deny culpability, and have argued that the Colorado court has no jurisdiction over the claims. But recent rulings by Judge Anne Mansfield in the Colorado District Court have suggested that ADC is getting close to winning jurisdiction, and thereby forcing the Russians to trial for the first time since the conflict began in 1998. The recent court record suggests there is substantial evidence of LUKoil's opperations in Colorado, and that ADC is at an advantageous point in the proceedings, and should not be forced to pull out by decisions taken in London by Jonathan Oppenheimer and Gareth Penny. The De Beers executives refuse to say why they ordered the liquidation ultimatum on May 12. That document, sent in the name of De Beers's Cencan subsidiary, proposed calling in a $10 million debt ADC was unable to pay, and a scheme of liquidation to follow. This offered up to $1 million to pay off ADC creditors, as well as "restructuring expenses and disbursements". The conditions of the De Beers offer, according to the text of the letter obtained by PolishedPrices included ADC's agreement to "Cencan owning 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of ADC, and ADC would cease to be a public company." The ADC board was told that De Beers wanted "to ensure that no ADC shareholder approval of the transactions contemplated by the Proposal is required". The board was also obliged to give its assent "without the need for an ADC shareholder vote." If De Beers changes its mind, funding for the court case will be assured. If it refuses, it is likely ADC, registered in Toronto, Canada, will follow LUKoil in claiming the Denver court does not have jurisdiction over the claims. At stake is the Grib diamond pipe, discovered at Verkhotina, in the Arkhangelsk region of northwestern Russia, in 1996. Drilling, sampling and assaying by De Beers have estimated the value of the diamond deposit at between $8.2 billion and $9.7 billion at the diamond prices prevailing in the first quarter of 2008. ADC's stake in the original project was 40%.
