The Service Delivery Group provides in-life support for the Met’s ICT systems and manages related outsourced service contracts. You’ll manage the integration of Large Capital Projects into the MPS Live Service environment, act as a liaison point with project teams and facilitate the delivery of appropriate quality and project office services. Ideally of graduate calibre and ITIL-certificated, you must be able to demonstrate significant experience of implementing applications and large-scale ICT projects into live operational service, and managing infrastructure and application change in this environment. You will have exceptional contract negotiation and budget management skills, and will enjoy the challenge of working in a dynamic service environment, contributing to the MPS aims and objectives. You will also be expected to be part of an on call rota.
