Logica has appointed Stephen Kelly as its Group HR Director and a member of its Executive Committee. Kelly joins from the BBC where he is currently Director, BBC People, and a member of the BBC’s Executive Board.
Stephen will join Logica in the New Year and have responsibility for rolling out the people element of the company’s business strategy announced in April this year This includes ensuring cultural integration across the business, leading the company’s group-wide HR practice and implementing the right HR back office and people processes to support Logica’s business strategy.
