If that’s not an option, I’ll try to avoid getting into a heated discussion about my influence in this issue today. Nothing will be solved when everyone is feeling so insatiable. Defying Lancaster’s would be a serious mistake. It’s better to feign respect (?) than play the rebel. Neither be a lender nor a borrower. Any money that is exchanged will result in a broken friendship.

Two still missing in swept away car

Saturday, April 25 09:02 pm One man died and another man and teenage girl are missing after their car was swept away while crossing a swollen stream during flash floods.

A fourth man, aged 20, escaped the Volvo saloon - an off-duty taxi - as it filled with flood water and reported the three others missing. A man aged 26 and a 17-year-old girl remain unaccounted for but rescuers promised to "pull out all the stops" to find them before darkness halts the search.

The car got into difficulties in the early hours of Saturday while trying to make the crossing in the village of Zennor, near St Ives in west Cornwall.

Оксфорд-стрит в центре Лондона перекрыта из-за утечки газа

Мы оцепили 100-метровый участок улицы - магазины, офисы и дороги были закрыты», - сказал он. В настоящее время на месте события дежурят полицейские и пожарные расчеты, а газовые службы выясняют причину утечки и устраняют ее, сообщает РИА «Новости».

TNK-BP bowed out on Thursday just one hour after it was announced that Gazprom Neft, the oil arm of Gazprom, the state-controlled monopoly, was bidding 70p a share more for minority shares in Sibir than the 430p bid that TNK-BP announced on Wednesday. Credit Suisse said on Thursday that it had cancelled its bookbuild for TNK-BP for a significant minority stake in Sibir and had not purchased any shares.

Two sons of Russian bankers - В ДТП с Ferrari пострадали сыновья банкиров

25 апреля 2009, 23:17 The two teenage sons of Russian bankers were lighting up Moscow streets at speeds topping 125 MPH when they lost control and smashed into the back end of a Range Rover. There were surprisingly no serious injuries in the Rover and no bystanders were hurt, but the two had to be cut from the car and taken to an area hospital where they're expected to make a full recovery. And by full recovery we mean learn nothing, guilt their dad's into buying even more exotic cars, and then smash those up during drunken, late-night escapades. На Кутузовском проспекте Москвы в районе дома номер 26 произошла автоавария с участием автомобиля Ferrari стоимостью 350 тыc. евро. Ранения получили сыновья топ-менеджеров одного из ведущих российских банков. Обоим юношам по 19 лет. Источник в правоохранительных органах сообщил, что виновником аварии будет признан водитель престижной иномарки,  передает «Интерфакс». В ГИБДД столицы сообщили, что для вызволения водителя из искореженной Ferrari понадобилась помощь спасателей. Сейчас он госпитализирован с тяжелыми травмами.

Между тем, по информации источника в медицинских кругах столицы, в результате ДТП серьезно пострадал только пассажир иномарки, у которого закрытая черепно-мозговая травма, тяжелая сочетанная травма, тупая травма живота. Напомним, наиболее известная авария с Ferrari произошла несколько лет назад, когда российский миллиардер Сулейман Керимов (Suleiman Kerimov “rusia petroleum”) не справился с управлением машины на Английской набережной в Ницце, в результате чего автомобиль выехал на бульвар, врезался в дерево и загорелся. Керимов получил многочисленные ожоги, но успел потушить свою пассажирку, известную телеведущую Тину Канделаки, которая также получила ожоги рук. Мужественный водитель несколько месяцев лечился в бельгийском госпитале. Другая авария с Ferrari случилась около полугода назад. За рулем машины находился лучший футболист Европы Кристиан Рональду (Cristiano Ronaldo “a preto”). Он не справился с управлением на высокой скорости, и его Ferrari рассыпалась в туннеле. Как известно, в доме 26 по Кутузовскому проспекту в советское время проживала высшая партийная элита СССР. В частности, генсеки политбюро ЦК КПСС Леонид Брежнев и Юрий Андропов (Leonid Breznev and Yuri Andropov).
