Today’s announcement represents an important milestone in our capital raising exercise. “We have also announced today that we have received $2.7bn of offers to exchange at the early tender deadline of the US Exchange Offer. As such, the Group has increased the maximum ECN available under the US exchange offer from $800m to $985.6m. We expect to announce the final results of the US exchange offer on December 8 2009.” The new securities, the plans for which were first outlined last month, will operate like bonds, paying a coupon in ordinary times, but they can convert to equity if Lloyds’ financial position or capital ratio deteriorates, offering a capital buffer in the event of financial stress. Also known as CoCos, or “contingent convertible bonds”, the securities have been the subject of controversy. Commentators have debated whether the “trigger” point at which the bonds convert to equity should be based on a bank’s regulatory capital level or its market capitalisation. Пока состояние Виктора Ивановича оценивается как "средней тяжести",- сказали "КП" в 36-ой московской больнице. -Косых еще пока еще, как минимум, сутки пробудет в реанимации. У артиста достаточно серьезные травмы. - Сейчас бегу к мужу в больницу.
