I definitely count.

I definitely count. Not the cunt. Cunt is of the brits idea to never ‘permis moi de conduit” because of theirs mum. I’m referring to the Lady “D” class (and again, the brits know very soberly what I’m talking about), from Birmingham. The situation worst than ‘пусти Дуньку заграницу’, or ‘Comisão Nacional de Loteria do Zambujal’. Everyone were seeing that I was faced with an “ultimatum” that is required to make some changes. Which in result were far going and conclusive. Even if I think (well, moments) that people in position of authority (see the pictures in Blog, facebook and Vkontakte) are not interested in what I have to say, I’m dead wrong. Nothing could be further from the truth. I’ll just need to ignore (like this night the catastrophic fall in the water pressure in my kitchen) anyone who tries to keep me out of important discussions or key meetings (T W O G R E A T B R I T A I N P O U N D S I N M Y P O C K E T F O R G20 or Platts invitations – for example) – they are just jealous. Tonight dream, - was the complete mess in to whom pretence my head. I don’t know, but maybe to the London’s english speaking World? By the intensity, direction and the justifications offered prior to the blows to my head, all they agree in the statement, that if “not for me – no one will get”. Which, this is all “virtually” – quite nicely suited to the completion of commercial operations (see “virtually” the following articles). That clear picture where the musketeer Barroso, Miller and the “translator” are “virtually” handed. It’s notable how they change their behavior. Not necessary that I’m convinced by theirs “hit-in-my-head-apologies” for the past wrongdoings (like the Portland 450 Cement), especially if they keep repeating the same mistakes over and over again. Like the cocaine brits from Chicago Board of Trade (padaria). But than, to seeing the two whores from the same pim house twice. (UK’s Parliament know very well which “My dreams” book I’m talking about), I make out that this is not a bad time to conclude the pleadings in several brots language “professional” questions in which is the my will to put the final point.

AvtoVAZ Might Cease Shares to Erase Debt. 14th of October 2009 | 09:30 GMT | Bogdan Popa AvtoVAZ is currently in a desperate situation and, as far as the Russian government is concerned, the company should try anything that's possible to stay in business. The last idea is to allow the ailing carmaker convert its debt to Sberbank and VTB Bank into shares, just-auto.com reports. However, a decision is yet to be made as AvtoVAZ is also negotiating with the Russian government the possibility of getting guarantees for debut restructuring and subsidizing interest rates on the loans. Deputy finance minister Alexander Novak said a final decision is expected in approximately one month. Meanwhile, Renault has already announced its support for the Russian carmaker. Renault, who holds a 25 percent stake in the company, said it will provide technology to AvtoVAZ and will start producing cars together by 2012. The alliance wants to build 300,000 vehicles by 2015, with the Russian carmaker projected to fund 25 percent of the project, while the remaining will be provided by Renault-Nissan. Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin asked Renault last month to step in and help AvtoVAZ and even admitted that the local government might approve a new loan for the automaker to start restructuring. AvtoVAZ plans to fire more than 27,000 employees by the end of the year, as it struggles to cope with high costs. "They confirm that they are ready in invest in AvtoVAZ's development and provide the most advanced technologies, which will be evaluated in the most transparent way," First Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov told reporters last week. "The most important thing is that Renault has confirmed strategic interest in the development of Avtovaz. Renault is ready to invest in Avotvaz," he added.

“Fifth element” of UK. (Like the Willy disse: “e mama”): LDV assets sold to Chinese firm. Thursday, 15 October 2009 19:33 UK. The assets of the Birmingham van maker LDV are to be sold to a Chinese vehicle engineering firm, administrators have announced. LDV went into administration on 6 May but production stopped last Christmas. PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) said it had exchanged contracts earlier with China Venture's firm Eco Concept, after weeks of "intensive" negotiations. BBC Midlands transport correspondent Peter Plisner said it meant much of the machinery and plant would go to China. He said: "It seems likely now that most of the company's machinery will be shipped from Birmingham to China with echoes, perhaps, of what happened at MG Rover, where hopes of a Chinese rescue turned out to be a false dawn." LDV employed about 800 staff at its Washwood Heath plant in Birmingham in April and an estimated 1,200 people were employed in LDV dealerships. Thousands more workers were also employed by firms manufacturing parts for LDV. Simon Jennings, former managing director of Kayjay engineering, which used to make LDV parts, said: "At this moment in time, we would be happy to do business with any new LDV company."

GM expected to sign Opel deal this week. DriveInside.com | Wednesday October 14, 2009. General Motors is expected to finalise its Opel deal this week. The company’s Chief Executive Officer, Fritz Henderson, said that GM might sign a deal selling a majority stake in Opel to a Canadian-Russian consortium within a week. The Detroit-based auto major had decided last month that it would sell a 55 per cent stake in Opel to Canada’s Magna and Russia’s Sberbank. Fritz’s statement came after Opel labour leader Klaus Franz said on Monday that the deal was likely to be signed this week. Magna and Sberbank had announced last month that they would jointly inject 500 million euros into Opel, and push the brand aggressively in the Russian market. Discussions regarding Opel’s future had been going on for months, without a conclusion, which had caused much anxiety among the company’s German staff. German Chancellor Angela Merkel had made significant efforts to push the deal just before elections – something which is said to have contributed to her victory. The statements about the deal being finalized come less than a week after GM sold another one of its companies, Hummer, to Chinese heavy equipment manufacturer Sichuan Tengzhong. The Hummer deal still needs to be approved by Chinese regulators.

A 25th suicide at France Telecom. Published on France 24 (http://www.france24.com/en) Created 15/10/2009 - 17:07. AFP - A France Telecom employee committed suicide on Thursday, becoming the 25th staff member to kill himself over the past 20 months, a company official said. The 48-year-old engineer hung himself in his Brittany home, one month after he had taken medical leave following a recommendation from the company doctor. The latest death brought to 25 the number of employees who have taken their lives since February last year at France Telecom, a former state monoply that has been under major restructuring. Many of the employees have left notes blaming management decisions or stress at work. The telecoms giant, which employs 100,000 people in France and trades internationally as Orange, announced a raft of measures last month to end what chairman Didier Lombard called a "death spiral" at the company.

Two bobics-whores with similarities to the faces of the Leticia and Zara. (remember how Zara-bobic don’t want that I take picture of her in the bus to Peshawar?) in the Carrefour’s car (that Toyota Prius from english/boliwood speaking World). Carrefour beats hasty Russian retreat. October 15 2009 21:08. Carrefour, Europe’s biggest retailer, is to pull out of Russia only months after opening its first stores there, blaming its rapid departure on its inability to reach a “leadership” position in the market. The company last week denied it was selling its operations in “growth” markets after rumours it was considering withdrawing from various emerging markets. Carrefour said when it opened its first hypermarket in Moscow in June that it believed in the long-term potential of the country, in spite of the damage to Russia’s economy caused by the global financial crisis. The €8m Moscow hypermarket was followed by the opening of a second store in September in Krasnodar. Carrefour was also seen as the likely buyer for Seventh Continent, a Russian chain. However, on Thursday Carrefour, the world’s biggest retailer after Wal-Mart of the US, cited an “absence of sufficient organic growth prospects and acquisition opportunities in the short-and medium-term” that would have allowed it to secure a profitable leadership position. The decision follows pressure on the retailer from activist investors – Bernard Arnault, chairman of LVMH, the luxury goods group, and Colony Capital, the US private equity company – to turnround its underperforming hypermarkets. It said it would make a loss on its Russian venture that was “not significant” and declined to reveal its total investment in the country. Although Carrefour stuck to the letter of its statement last week denying it would leave “growth” markets, the decision to leave Russia, until recently one of the fastest-growing Bric countries, which also include Brazil, China and India, took analysts by surprise. Some questioned the group’s commitment to expansion in countries with long-term potential but short-term difficulties. However, Pierre Bouchut, finance director, said there were “no current plans to do anything else of this nature” but added the group continually reviewed its portfolio. However, he made a specific commitment to remain in the other Bric nations. He said Carrefour was still in talks with an Indian retailer to enter that country. Wal-Mart has repeatedly said it wants to enter the Russian market, but through working with a local partner rather than directly. In 2008 it appointed an executive to explore opportunities there and in eastern Europe but it has yet to conclude any deals. Russia remains one of the most favoured destinations for global retailers, coming second on AT Kearney’s Global Retail Development Index this year behind India as a potential market. AT Kearney noted that Russia’s fragmented market creates opportunities for global brands but listed challenges, such as bureaucracy, corruption and lack of infrastructure. Ikea, the furniture retailer which has opened three stores in Russia since 2000, said this summer it was suspending investment in new projects in the country because of corruption issues, but added it remained committed to the market. Carrefour said that its current year operating profit would be at the lower end of its €2.7bn-€2.8bn forecast range, adding that business was “persistently challenging” in Europe, “dynamic” in Latin America and “resilient” in China. Revenues of €24bn in the three months to September 30, were down 2.9 per cent on the same period last year. Sales in France, which account for more than 40 per cent of revenues, fell 4.2 per cent on a like-for-like basis, while French hypermarket sales fell by 8 per cent. Carrefour revealed it had replaced Alain Souillard, head of French hypermarkets, after less than two years in the job.
