My consensus.

My consensus. I’m quite serious when telling you that I’m one of the first in this running. The nice feeling, with only one small setback. How I should make my life? I think about how I might keep up to date with the technician side of this fact. Even, like we see enough, I‘m reasonably knowledgeable about such matters, there is still so much I have get to learn! But this is just after the Trevor. To rummage about who won what – will like give to the ‘brilliants from City’ by kissing hand. And even then, it’s will be difficult to them understand the why is Alekperov is with Statoil, the Shell with Petronas and the TPOA with Miller… To understand what is right, what is wrong and what is ‘just the way it is’. Often, they are too hasty to reach a judgment about some stressful factor. (At night the Gujarat was calling me in my dreams to immediately after, the “alto, loiro” hit me in the head…) If, for example, we see something on the horizon that looks strange (i.e. the Basel II Interbank Agreement. Not that I’m looking for them.), we may automatically decide that it must be bad (like the “what-you-do-to-find-the-job”) and we had better try to avoid it. Some forces in life (again, like this two; the ConocoPhillips and CNPC), though, seek us out no matter how we try to hide from them and what’s more, when they do so, we are ultimately very glad. In another words, the EU for example, for three days not bothering me. Completely shut up and don’t say a word! The complete “omerta”! Maybe saying this – I push my luck. I don’t l know, but with that trio (you know my pictures) – I don’t think so. And I tell you what: To reading this (the Iraq road-show) results – my emotions like that deep river, just washing quietly through…
ENI ups Zubair oil target after Iraq adds reserves. 47 minutes ago. BAGHDAD, Dec 12 (Reuters) - Italy's Eni (ENI.MI) nudged up its production target for Iraq's giant Zubair oilfield after the Oil Ministry agreed to add more reserves to the area covered by the contract, an Iraqi official said on Saturday.Eni raised the output target for the field to 1.2 million barrels per day for the field, from the 1.125 million initially agreed. "They have asked to add more reservoirs to the Zubair field," said Sabah Abdul Kadhim, legal and commercial chief at Iraq's Petroleum Contracts and Licensing Directorate. "We accepted on one condition: that they raise their plateau target. They accepted and raised their target to 1.2 million bpd." Reserves may be added to a field by redefining its boundaries or the depth at which companies are allowed to drill. Zubair is one of Iraq's largest oilfields, with 4 billion barrels of reserves, and was offered by Baghdad in June its first oil auction since the U.S invasion in 2003. Eni initially rejected the tight terms but later accepted the remuneration fee of $2 a barrel offered by Baghdad to take on the contract. The ENI-led consortium also includes Occidental Petroleum (OXY.N) Corp (OXY.N) and South Korea's KOGAS 03460.KS. Sat Dec 12, 2009 7:54am EST.

?Turkey's TPOA wins Iraqi tender for Badra oil field. Turkish Petroleum Corporation won the tender for the Badra oil field in Kut in Iraq's second oil licensing round.Turkish Petroleum Corporation (TPOA) won the tender for the Badra oil field in Kut in Iraq's second oil licensing round as part of the international consortium lead by Russia's Gazprom. The Consortium brings together Russia's Gazprom (40%), Korea's Kogas (30%), Malaysia's Pertonas (20%) and Turkey's TPOA (10%). The consortium committed to produce a minimum of 80 thousand barrels daily, grant USD 100 million to the Iraqi Ministry of Petroleum, investing USD 100 million for development of the oil field and promised a price of USD 5.5 per barrel. Gazprom-led group wins contract for Iraq's Badra oil field BAGHDAD, Dec 12, 2009 (AFP) - A consortium of energy companies led by Russian giant Gazprom was awarded on Saturday a contract to work on the Badra oil field, Oil Minister Hussein al-Shahristani said. The group, comprising Gazprom, South Korea's KoGas, Malaysia's Petronas and Turkey's TPAO, had initially requested six dollars per barrel of oil extracted from the field, with estimated production at 170,000 barrels per day. But Shahristani said the ministry had set 5.50 dollars as its maximum fee, which a consortium representative quickly accepted. Badra, in eastern Iraq near the Iranian border, has known reserves of 109 million barrels of oil and is one of the smallest fields that was offered in the two-day auction in Baghdad.

The leaders of Kazakhstan and China jointly unveiled Saturday the Kazakh section of a natural gas pipeline that will tap into Central Asia's vast energy riches and loosen Russia's influence over the region. December 12, 2009 7:50 am The pipeline, due to come online in days, is part of China's efforts to secure energy supplies for its booming economy. The 1,300-kilometer Kazakhstan-China pipeline is the Central Asian nation's first export route that completely bypasses Russia. The entire 7,000-kilometer (4,300-mile) Turkmenistan-China pipeline cuts through Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan into China's far western Xinjiang region. Commencement of gas deliveries from Turkmenistan to China comes as the former Soviet nation remains mired in a dispute with Russia. Turkmenistan has until recently sold most of its gas to Russia. However, supplies have been suspended since a pipeline blast in April that Turkmenistan blames on Gazprom.

Nine whales beached in Italy in rare accident. A pod of sperm whales was beached on Italy's southern coast and at least five died in what experts said was a rare mass beaching for such a large species. 2:19PM GMT 12 Dec 2009 Nine whales measuring up to 40 feet in length were stranded Thursday on a beach in Puglia, the heel of boot-shaped Italy. Only two managed to swim back to deeper waters and at least five were dead by Saturday, said Nicola Zizzo, one of the veterinarians caring for the animals. He said officials were considering euthanising the last two whales still trapped in high waves just off the beach. The rough seas were making it difficult to understand even how many whales were still alive, with other experts telling Italian media that only one was breathing. The sperm whale is the largest of all toothed whales and is considered a vulnerable species. While similar mass beachings are more common in the oceans, they are extremely rare in the Mediterranean, occurring once every 150-200 years, said Giuseppe Notarbartolo di Sciara, a marine biologist and head of a conservation group. Speaking to Italy's Sky TV, he said the incident may have been caused by noise from military exercises or surveys for underwater mineral deposits that can confuse whales and interfere with their communication. "When a sperm whale washes up on the beach it's usually already dead," he said. "When an entire pod ends up on the shore it's difficult to think that the cause is natural, otherwise it would happen more often." Scientists had taken tissue samples from the whales to try to determine the cause of the beaching while authorities were working on the difficult job of burying the huge carcasses.
