Nation of the…

Nation of the… One thing is certain, - is feels good when at the exit from ‘1901’ building, the “A PRETO” waiting me with cup of coffee. Don’t matter if this was a $34 billion from “somebody’s” force-major, from the Costa de Marfim, or the some Kremlin’s assassins. At least, it’s better than two ‘seriojas’ or EU’s ‘turkish engineer’ in the SAAB with laptop on, and, the collapsible ladder on back sit. It’s from those mornings which explain me, and though give me the correct perception of who are exactly the ongoing piggy faces from Brussels and Strasburg. Those famous Millers who are like to ‘correctly’ fight for the place under the Sun. Who the very well know that the “murky waters” – are the best fishy ground to penetrate, expand and accelerate… Necessary to mention that “this” - hit my pocket. Or the maybe, - our pocket? (See the previous note). Not only because the all external policy’s of EU (read Gazprom) – are based in my www.workinglinks.co.uk But, what is scandalous, - in terms of law, which again was a complete goal for them, (the barroso’s “A Ankara” and the Miller’s Kirgizstan), - is that a “plans for me” comes to be completely different… Why I dislike them so much? The answer is quite simple. Look at the East end Life (the local news paper), and then at the attached articles… On the first page we find the маму (i.e. the Rose Cohen, in the past the factory worker of 94 years old), -that “publicity seekers” from Brussels and Strasburg. Than, in the middle, the 51 ebalo. The 35.2% of which, - is the ebala of the “Ve haff vays of making you talk!” (see the “my” disconcerting note), that apparently continental, but, in reality, of the Miller and O’Bama origins. Now, think how I feel discouraged to search for job. Just to seen it. Even feel frustrated. If you (the ongoing…) don’t have any philosophical base – how’s with you about the meaning of life? A fuder? You are those guys, that even if I find the successful formula, - you usurp everything, even the desire of normal human being, – to stick to it! But, when the pressure is mouthing, from ‘Kirgizstan’, from Tony Blair and EU (or vice-verse), - I don’t want to react by burying my head in the sand! The Law, which all “web” are know by now, - is documented. Not just because it’s too obvious for the ‘utility’ of Energy Map. Not just because the “somebody” feel frozen by fear like the TNK-BP for example, - only because the “A PRETO”. Look at the numbers of BSkyB and News Corp, - and you understand how it is for “me and my www.workinglinks.co.uk! Maybe I’m a little bit arrogant, but, in any way, we (i.e. the 35.2%) still be here. “live”, enjoying this ‘ever-expanding’ universe… If this was my “manifesto”, - I’ll make you promise of a perpetual roller-coaster ride… But, this is not. One question though, - ‘Was my ‘voice of authority’ telling you loud and clear a ‘couple things’ about the Royalties, Concessions, the Intellectual Property, the SDR’s, and the Madrid Agreement, or of the Barroso? Which of you, the “Work Officials” yet have a face and speed of the “64.8% per 15 years”, to demand from me an extra consideration? To I look at your face for 20 minutes, - and than you show me your back with 400 000 Hong-Kong dollar in your pocket?

News Corp to borrow $4bn for BSkyB deal. June 15 2010 15:21. News Corp expects to borrow about $4bn to fund its attempt to buy out the 60.9 per cent of shares in British Sky Broadcasting it does not already own, and does not currently expect to issue new stock, executives told analysts on Tuesday.
Rupert Murdoch’s media empire, which had $8.2bn in cash on its baIance sheet at the end of March, said it would maintain its credit ratings by taking pro forma debt to about three times earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation as of March 31. Mr Murdoch and his son James, the chief executive of News Corp Europe and chairman of BSkyB, were absent from the conference call, but Chase Carey, News Corp chief operating officer, said the group would be disciplined. He said the group “have other options” should it be unable to agree terms with BSkyB’s independent directors, who have rejected News Corp’s 700p per share approach, which values the group at about £12bn, and are pushing for a firm offer of 800p or more. Mr Carey would not be drawn on whether News Corp could raise its terms to 800p but said it had made “a full offer” which valued BSkyB at 11.8 times its ebitda over the 12 months to March 31, or 27.5 per cent above its average share price over the 12 months before News Corp’s June 10 approach to the independent directors. He said a “straightforward” regulatory review of News Corp’s approach would take six months, but added: “It could take significantly longer.” News Corp did not believe a bid would warrant a review by UK regulators on the grounds of concentration of media ownership, he added, indicating that it was more focused on approval by European competition authorities. David Devoe, chief financial officer, said News Corp would reduce its leverage to 2-2.5 times ebitda over time, but confirmed that share buy-backs would be on hold, a statement which might disappoint some US investors. It retained capacity for dividend increases, he added. Mr Devoe said its current offer terms would be accretive to News Corp’s earnings and cash flows, but confirmed that BSkyB’s earnings cannot be repatriated to the US without incurring tax, bolstering analysts’ expectations that they will be used for other investments in Europe.
Mr Carey would not be drawn on the possibility of a combination of BSkyB with other European pay-television assets such as Sky Italia, which it owns in full, or the part-owned Sky Deutschland, which analysts believe would strengthen its clout in bidding for content deals including rights to air football matches. “I would not say this is a synergy-driven deal,” he said. Instead, he highlighted its potential to reduce News Corp’s exposure to cyclical advertising-dependent media such as newspapers, expand its geographic diversification and strengthen its “direct to consumer” revenues from cable channels and satellite platforms. Mr Carey also singled out Jeremy Darroch, BSkyB’s chief executive, for praise, saying News Corp had been attracted in part by the UK group’s strong management team.

Turkey’s government has hit out at Israel’s decision to hold its own inquiry into a deadly raid on a Gaza-aid flotilla that killed nine of its citizens two weeks ago. Israel’s rejection of an entirely independent investigation drew a stinging rebuke from Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu. “We have no trust in such an investigation carried out by a country which has violated international law by attacking a civilian aid convoy in international waters.” Meanwhile, EU foreign ministers met in Luxembourg to discuss the situation in Gaza. While they condemned the raid as “unacceptable”, they welcomed Israel’s decision to appoint ex Northern Ireland First Minister David Trimble and a former Canadian military prosecutor to assist in the inquiry. Spanish Foreign Minister Miguel Angel Moratinos, whose country holds the rotating EU presidency, said: “The intention is to have a group of three Israeli personations, I think it’s a good step because that gives it a sense of credibility and I think it’s a good step.” Middle East Peace Envoy Tony Blair also attended the talks. He told reporters that he believed Israel would ease its three-year-old blockade of Gaza and allow more commercial goods and constructions supplies to flow freely into the Palestinian territory.

Germany issued an international arrest warrant for Uri Brodsky on suspicion that he was involved in fraudulently obtaining a German passport. Monday, 14 June 2010 04:04. A German weekly's report on the arrest of an alleged Israeli Mossad agent in Poland thwarted an emerging deal for his release, Polish sources told Haaretz. As a result, both Israel and Poland suspect the story was leaked to Der Spiegel by German officials. According to Der Spiegel, Germany issued an international arrest warrant for Uri Brodsky on suspicion that he was involved in fraudulently obtaining a German passport, which Mossad agents then allegedly used to assassinate senior Hamas official Mahmoud al-Mabhouh in Dubai in January. Brodsky was arrested in Poland on June 4. One report claims he entered Poland with multiple passports. The Polish government refuses to divulge any information about the arrest of Brodsky. Poland's ambassador to Israel has refused to comment for this report. Due to the official cloak of secrecy, information about the arrest has not been completely fleshed out. Another report says he entered on a Polish passport - though that seems unlikely, because then he would have been arrested as a Polish citizen and his treatment would have been different. The more likely scenario is that he entered on either an Israeli or some other foreign passport. A Polish source told Haaretz that the case is being handled by the Polish security service, which maintains close ties with both its German counterpart, the BND, and the Mossad. Many questions remain unanswered in the affair. It is still not known, for instance, whether Uri Brodsky is the detainee's real name, or what role he allegedly played in Germany: Was he the Mossad's permanent representative in Germany, or did he come to Germany especially to secure the false passport, issued in the name of a real Israeli citizen, Michael Bodenheimer - a Bnei Brak rabbi who is entitled to a German passport because his grandparents were German? A spokesman for Germany's federal prosecution told reporters that the offenses of which Brodsky is suspected - obtaining a document by fraud and membership in a foreign intelligence agency - carry a maximum sentence of five years. Brodsky is not suspected of involvement in the actual hit on Mabhouh, and is not on the list of 36 suspects in that case that Dubai has given to Interpol. Dubai's police chief, Dhahi Khalfan Tamim, announced in an interview with The National newspaper yesterday that his country has no intention of requesting Brodsky's extradition to Dubai - even though Mabhouh's family has asked Dubai to do so. In contrast, another paper, Gulf News, reported yesterday that Dubai is still considering requesting Brodsky's extradition. But even if Dubai made such a request, it seems unlikely that either Germany or Poland would comply. One complication in Israel's efforts to secure Brodsky's release is that Germany apparently issued a European arrest warrant for him rather than an Interpol "red alert." Nick Kaufman, an attorney who specializes in international law, explained to Haaretz that a red alert merely means a suspect is wanted for questioning, and is considered nonbinding. Therefore, states can exercise some discretion over whether to comply, and the suspect can also fight the extradition in court. However, Kaufman continued, a European arrest warrant must be honored by other European Union members, and is not even subject to judicial review in the arresting country. Brodsky himself told the Polish authorities that he is a businessman and completely innocent of the suspicions against him. If he is a Mossad agent, as claimed in the foreign press, the question must be asked of why the spy agency allowed him to travel to an EU member state, regardless of whether he was on personal or Mossad business? Did the Mossad not know about the German warrant? Did it not care? Or did it simply have no choice, given its relatively small cadre of experienced agents, but to reuse some of those involved in killing Mabhouh?
