PANDIT AND COSBY SHOW (CONTINUATION)

PANDIT AND COSBY SHOW (CONTINUATION)

Kondratieff and his disciples — among whom was Joseph Schumpeter, who wrote about capitalism’s “creative destruction” — identified four stages in each cycle, corresponding to the seasons. After spurting ahead in the spring phase, they said, the economy cruises through the summer, experiences a scary drop as autumn sets in, and then — despite the TARPs, TALFs and whatever else governments do — descends into a winter phase that can last up to 20 years. However, the Austrian School is a possible rival to Kondratieff’s line of thought. Austrian economists tend to emphasize a laissez-faire approach and entrepreneurship (not the most popular policies at this moment) and strict limits on money supply growth, usually by hitching the currency to the gold standard.

“A good profession should take its outsiders more seriously; they make you look at things in different ways. The worst thing for policy makers is to think they are right.”

HBOS whistleblower: Brown must go

Sunday, February 15 09:57 am The banking whistleblower whose revelations forced the resignation of a senior Government adviser has called for Prime Minister Gordon Brown to go for his part in creating the financial crisis.  Paul Moore, who was sacked after raising concerns over excessive risk-taking at HBOS, said Mr Brown should be "held accountable for his failure to oversee the stability of the country". Following his explosive evidence to the Commons Treasury Committee last week, Mr Moore said he is planning to send the MPs a further dossier of 30 documents which will point the finger of blame for the bust at Mr Brown. After Mr Moore's revelations forced the resignation of the deputy chairman of the Financial Services Authority Sir James Crosby, Mr Brown told another parliamentary committee that HBOS's massive losses - estimated at more than £10 billion - were caused not by Government policy but by the bank's flawed business model. But Mr Moore, who was head of risk at HBOS from 2002 to 2005, told the Independent on Sunday: "The failure goes right to the heart of the system - to the internal supervisory system and right to the top of government. "Brown swaggers around holding himself out as the economic saviour of the world with a level of hubris that defies belief. But does he ever acknowledge that it was he, as Chancellor of the Exchequer, who presided functionally over the economic strategy that got us into this mess in the first place?" Mr Moore said that he had collected a "meticulous record" of his time at HBOS which will back up his warnings that the bank was "going too fast" and taking excessive risk thanks to a "sales driven culture" led by Sir James as chief executive. Sir James has rejected Mr Moore's claim that he sacked the head of risk as a result of his warnings.

ECB reticent as G7 central banks eye tools beyond rates

Sunday, February 15 10:12 am Desperate to pull their economies out of recession, Group of Seven central bankers meeting in Rome this weekend exchanged notes on what they can do once interest rates cannot go down any further.  With U.S. and Japanese rates already virtually zero, and the Bank of England and European Central Bank heading that way, printing money is understood to be the next step -- with the banks buying assets to raise money supply and thereby boost demand in the economy. So-called quantitative easing was applied in Japan with mixed results in the early part of this decade as part of that country's long battle with deflation, a damaging spiral of descending prices which leads consumers to defer spending. It is now being considered by most of the world's major central banks as the world experiences its most significant and synchronised downturn in decades.

The U.S. Federal Reserve, which has cut interest rates to between zero and 0.25 percent, has already started what it prefers to call "credit easing" and the Bank of England could follow suit as quickly as next month. Euro zone policymakers are watching, but European Central Bank President Jean-Claude Trichet said the ECB had not drawn any particular conclusions after discussions with other central banks. "I have said that I did not exclude additional non-standard action but no decision as been taken yet on top of the non-standard action we have already decided to do and we will see," he told reporters on Saturday. "When and if (there is) something more to say we will say it."

Fellow ECB policymakers Mario Draghi, Christian Noyer and Axel Weber said the ECB was already taking non-standard steps by flooding markets with liquidity and gave no indication that they were ready to move to the next step of direct asset purchases. Noyer, who heads the Bank of France, said the action the ECB had already taken was starting to bear fruit. "If you saw tensions returning or the improvements stopping ... we would have to be ready to put in place extra measures if it was necessary," he said when asked about buying corporate debt. "Today things are working well."

TOP PRIORITY? The ECB held interest rates at 2 percent this month but is widely expected to cut them to a record low of 1.5 percent next month, especially after figures out on Friday showed the euro zone economy shrinking 1.5 percent in Q4 of 2008. Little improvement is expected in the short-term. "Looking at the evolution of the first quarter, we see (this) as negative also," Trichet said.

Bundesbank President Weber said that while monetary policy was already more accommodative than might be suggested by its headline rate, there might be room for more easing. "I do not rule out that we will try to play an active role with proactive rate-cuts to stabilise the economy," he said. Weber noted there were only 80 basis points difference between short-term market rates in the euro zone and their U.S. equivalents, and said the difference in real terms was negligible given higher euro zone inflation. The ECB's move to provide banks with all the funds they need at fixed interest rates also made the ECB's overnight deposit rate -- now at 1 percent -- the "dominant" interest rate.

"The expansionary degree of monetary policy in the short-term is a lot stronger than that which is reflected in the main refinancing rate," Weber said. "Short-term rates are at 1.2 percent, that is not noticeably higher than U.S. rates, and the difference will be reduced to minimal levels, according to future monetary policy steps." In their joint statement, the G7 said getting their economies back in order was "the highest priority" as a severe downturn looks set to last through most of 2009.

"Policy interest rates have been reduced to very low levels and unconventional monetary policy actions are being taken as appropriate," the G7 said. In line with some economists after Friday's GDP, Weber said he saw signs that the economy could bottom out in the second half of the year.

"There are indicators that give us hope," he said. "But you have to see this with caution. In the European economy the downturn will continue until the summer...After that we will probably have a slow recovery." Angel Gurria, Secretary General of the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development, said it was preparing to cut its growth outlook for the euro zone this year to below the most recent forecasts of bodies like the International Monetary Fund. The IMF already forecasts a 2 percent contraction.

And now a Rough Cut: Lost Bugatti sells at auction (00:42) Feb 9 - A 1937 Type 57S Bugatti that had been in left in a garage for almost fifty years was the main attraction at a Bonhams auction, selling for over 3 million euros.  The car was originally owned by racing enthusiast Earl Howe, who was the first president of the British Racing Driver's Club. In 1955 the car was bough by Dr Harold Carr who drove it for a few years until the early 1960s when it was parked in his garage until his death in 2007. His nephew then found the Bugatti still with original features and an odometer reading of just 26,284.

Mum, Madame, Amsterdam…

Mum, Madame, Amsterdam… Telephone call from some Bank. Bob Advertise, very convincingly was offering me £10 (ten) million pounds, with only 8% APR. Speak very good English, but, when I start telling him that I don’t have any outstanding debts with any bank whatsoever he, at the another end of line, commence a little American accent. Than he begin ask my personal details. Well, seems that Andrew Lancaster groupies, the type of: “Let’s fuck this village” I call this kind of situations “Aloha!” (A лоха). RBS know what I mean. These telephone calls normally pass without fuss from me. People. Remembering that “na vespera” call from Vodafone to my mobile, decide to put a couple thoughts to don’t be “Aloha!” to much. Firstly, of course the three Austin Martins in parade at theirs stand. You should remember the four Jaguars at the British Natural History Museum? I call them сраные коты (gatos fedorentos, shitty cats). Won’t describe who, which levels of brits society, how treat and what during my “Troops Revision”. But, want a little speak about this kitchen. This new colours, of the which car model, and how they where hovering a lá Moldovane style (to don’t to be bloted by my “no body see” importance), all this during my journey from Park Line to the Regent Street (RR stand) was firmly noted on my mine. Now, I talk a lot about MACD. Seems, that, at least people, that environment where (in time and space I’m present), are staring at the World in the same way. Why call my attention the Duke the Bragança inside of footballers’ car? Because a bit further, the Zara Phillips in Rolls Royce (maybe her double) was driving very quickly, shadowing her face in a funny kepi. More away, another Rolls Royce, but now, with chinoca inside. Well, for me, the important fact was and is the colours of these luxury cars of MACD’s. However, the same fact, that my presence made such a big ground-breaking nose – worrying. More yet, if on TV, I hear that the communications between ground Tower and that crashed plane with 49 people on board, where from routine “татанка” of women-pilot. (i.e. insisting to be from my Bombardiers’  Dash 8 Jagdgeschwader…) But, want to finish this with return to the Royal Bank of Scotland Thursday behaviour. At the next day of my (Pandit and Cosby Show) note, this Geoffrey Crayon’s hero jump significantly at the next morning. See below chart.

Crash-landing at City Airport

22:40:27. A passenger plane has crash-landed on the runway at London City Airport.

All 67 passengers on British Airways flight 8456 from Amsterdam were safely evacuated but two people have been taken to hospital. It is believed that the plane's front undercarriage failed on landing. A spokeswoman for London City Airport said the plane had damage to the nose wheel but had landed on the runway. I talk to much?

Price: £1050. 13/02/2009. 11:12:50. Look at the facts: Receiving yesterday some nonsense email spam, make me catch on the head again. See my notes Duke Bragança “stream”. Now, when this ongoing piggy faces from Brussels and Strasburg go to work, mean, going to play golf together, (Meetings of EU Financial Ministers, Hotel Sol Verde, Patrushev, etc.) not they, but I am jumping like a crazy on my sleep with body and face of this fucking almohad, pushing away some interfering with, let’s say, “Grey Cotton Programme” body. Also, look at the time of this article. “Brotherhood of City” for last fifty years to don’t stop to ask me “De que?” forgetting how much they steal from me. They, (almohads), like that clean 5 off-shores BEST Sola на banker: “Good weather – he’s offering an umbrella”. It’s a lost in translation kind of things. What you don’t understand? When I am in plane language, with photographs talking about Royal Dutch Shell, RBS, Gasprom, Petrogal or Suares com Costa SA.

1). Plane crash in New York state kills 49 Friday, 13 February 2009 BUFFALO, New York (Reuters) - Forty nine people were killed when a plane crashed into a house near Buffalo, New York, and burst into a ball of flames late on Thursday, officials said. The plane, a Continental Connection flight operated by Colgan Air, was on a flight from Newark, New Jersey, to Buffalo with 44 passengers and four crew on board when it crashed in the Buffalo suburb of Clarence Center amid rain and sleet, officials said.  Becky Gibbons of New York State Police, speaking to CNN, said all 48 people on the plane were killed. The New York Times, citing an official of Erie County, Chris Collins, said one person on the ground was killed. The Federal Aviation Administration said the plane crashed 6 miles (10 km) short of the airport.

2). JJB agrees debt payment extension Charles Birch Telephone: 0800 585 313 (My ‘Sola на’ question) Last updated: February 13 2009 08:33 JJB has been thrown a financial lifeline, while Stylo has fallen into administration after failing to secure the support of creditors and landlords to allow the holding company for shoe chains Barratts and Priceless to continue as going concerns. Meanwhile, Stylo said on Friday: “The board is disappointed to report that the creditors and landlords did not approve the CVA (company voluntary arrangements) proposals. Deloitte will be appointed as administrators of Stylo “as soon as possible”. Some 200 landlords and others gathered in London’s Royal Festival Hall to vote on the proposal that would see Barratts and Priceless continue to trade under current ownership, but on the condition that landlords accept lower, revenue-linked rents. At least one big landlord is believed to have voted against the proposal. Several are concerned the deal could set a dangerous precedent.

Duke Bragança “stream”.

12.02.2009. 17:08:10. Dream: I am in the Centre of old, from Eastern Europe, full of sunlight city, very similar to the Lemberg. (Cнился Центрально-Европейский oчень солнечный город напоминающий Львов). Scientific Secretaries (swines) from Kyiv, at the morning, in female voice, happily agree with this (Sheremeta) version. Later, after assist a small exhibition of Mike’s (technological) capacity - “catch” the Duke of Bragança, inside of footballers’ (Bentley) car at the very important “cross point”. Seems, so very coincidently, was today the RBS behaviour. Also, his performance can be connected through understanding of my yesterday writings. The resignation of Ukrainian Finance Minister is “inside” of that (Northern Stream, Blue Stream, Nabucco Stream, Duke Bragança “stream” philosophy), and  Mr. Gerhard Schreuder and Mr. Durão Barroso pirate’s behaviour. The natural result of my effort and subsequent “Working web” created by me, (Trevor Edward, Senior Consultant, PCS Personal Career Solution, Mutual House, 5th Floor, 70 Conduit Street, London, W1S 2GF, tel.: 0207 837 5881, mobile: 0778 031 934, trevor.edwards@pcsexecutive.com can if will be a witness.)

1). Two teenage cousin air cadets and two pilot instructors who died in a mid-air plane collision have been named. Nikkita Marie Walters, 13, and Katie-Jo Davies, 14, were being taken on a half-hour "flight experience" with instructors Hylton Price, 63, and 24-year-old Andrew Marsh when the two aircraft they were in crashed above sand dunes.

2). U.S. And Russian Satellites Collide WASHINGTON, Feb 11

In an unprecedented space collision, a commercial Iridium communications satellite and a defunct Russian satellite ran into each other Tuesday above northern Siberia, creating a cloud of wreckage, officials said today. The international space station does not appear to be threatened by the debris, they said, but it's not yet clear whether it poses a risk to any other military or civilian satellites. "They collided at an altitude of 790 kilometers (491 miles) over northern Siberia Tuesday about noon Washington time," said Nicholas Johnson, NASA's chief scientist for orbital debris at the Johnson Space Center in Houston. "The U.S. space surveillance network detected a large number of debris from both objects." Air Force Brig. Gen. Michael Carey, deputy director of global operations with U.S. Strategic Command, the agency responsible for space surveillance, said initial radar tracking detected some 600 pieces of debris. He identified the Russian spacecraft as Cosmos 2251, a communications relay station launched in June 1993, and said the satellite is believed to have been non-operational for the past 10 years or so. "As of about 12 hours ago, I think the head count was up (to around) 600 pieces," Carey told CBS News late today. "It's going to take about two days before we get a solid picture of what the debris fields look like. But you, I think, can imply that the majority of that should be probably along the same line as the original orbits." He said U.S. STRATCOM routinely tracks about 18,000 objects in space, including satellites and debris, that are 3.9 inches across or larger. Tracking priority and "conjunction analysis" - identifying which objects may pose a threat to manned spacecraft - is the first priority. "It's going to take a while" to get an accurate count of the debris fragments, Johnson said. "It's very, very difficult to discriminate all those objects when they're really close together. And so, over the next couple of days, we'll have a much better understanding." Asked which satellite was at fault, Johnson said "they ran into each other. Nothing has the right of way up there. We don't have an air traffic controller in space. There is no universal way of knowing what's coming in your direction." Iridium Satellite LLC operates a constellation of some 66 satellites, along with orbital spares, to support satellite telephone operations around the world. The spacecraft, which weigh about 1,485 pounds when fully fueled, are in orbits tilted 86.4 degrees to the equator at an altitude of about 485 miles. Ninety-five Iridium satellites were launched between 1997 and 2002 and several have failed over the years. "Yesterday, Iridium Satellite LLC lost an operational satellite," the company said in a statement. "According to information shared with the company by various U.S. government organizations that monitor satellites and other space objects (such as debris), it appears that the satellite loss is the result of a collision with a non-operational Russian satellite. "Although this event has minimal impact on Iridium’s service, the company is taking immediate action to address the loss. The Iridium constellation is healthy, and this event is not the result of a failure on the part of Iridium or its technology. While this is an extremely unusual, very low-probability event, the Iridium constellation is uniquely designed to withstand such an event, and the company is taking the necessary steps to replace the lost satellite with one of its in-orbit spare satellites." Johnson said the collision was unprecedented. "Nothing to this extent (has happened before)," he said. "We've had three other accidental collisions between what we call catalog objects, but they were all much smaller than this and always a moderate sized objects and a very small object. And these are two relatively big objects. So this is a first, unfortunately." As for the threat posed by the debris, Johnson said NASA carried out an immediate analysis to determine whether the space station faced any increased risk. The station, carrying three crew members, circles the globe at an altitude of about 220 miles in an orbit tilted 51.6 degrees to the equator. "There are two issues: the immediate threat and a longer-term threat," he said. "It turns out, when you have a collision like this the debris is thrown very energetically both to higher orbits and to lower orbits. So there are actually debris from this event which we believe are going through the space station's altitude already. Most of it is not, most of it is still clustered up where the event took place. But a small number are going through station's altitude. "Yesterday, we did an assessment of what the risk might be to station and we found it's going to be very, very small. As time goes on, those debris will (come down) some over months, most over years and decades and as the big ones come down they'll be tracked, we'll see them and the worst-case scenario, we'll just dodge them if we have to. It's the small things you can't see are the ones that can do you harm." Asked if other satellites might be at risk, Johnson said "technically, yes. What we're doing now is trying to quantify that risk. That's a work in progress. It's only been 24 hours. We put first things first, which is station and preparing for the next shuttle mission."

3). Neste incidente pelo menos 16 pessoas ficaram feridas.

Today, 16:00 Ukrainian Finance Minister Viktor Pynzenyk has filed a letter of resignation saying that he cannot abandon the principles of a balanced budget with a minimum deficit, realistic revenue sources and limits on government borrowing. "In the current conditions, the finance minister has become a hostage to politics. The finance minister can neither change this situation nor abandon his professional approaches," Pynzenyk said in a statement submitted by the finance ministry's press service to Interfax-Ukraine on Thursday. "Under such conditions there is no point in holding the post of finance minister any longer. In this connection, I have submitted a letter of resignation to the Verkhovna Rada," he said. Bragança’s international dream:

11/02/2009. 17:48:01. Tonight dreams: 1). I am grouse hunting costume. Seems, that I was hunting that “famous grouse” from 12-years Scottish whisky TV advert. Inside a very tall building, I with my associates carrying a very long white drawer seem that he is from Chelsea design store, to the fifth floor. He is not heavy, but very long and complicated to manage. (Change of decorations? Ivan Vasilievitch are changing profession? About what are singing tanker “Derbent” of put in?)  2). Immediately, after this, one female, I don’t see very well her face, but she’s wearing a red shoes. In same moment, great confusion in my head. A couple parallel thought, lines of ideas telling me that this is not her. I confuse, don’t knowing well if we are talking the same women. The one with feline face or another, the reddish one. Hell, they keep thinking (ongoing piggy faces from Brussels and Strasburg) that can control any one by Bragança’s commercials? This all during a very short moment. Than, she with her stilettos hit me on the back of my head with all force. I jump out all sweating of my bed. Without a sleep and without clue what it is all about… Pass twenty hours, I sure about, that this is Scolari in unemployed. And consultadoria international falada em Portuguese “humbly” asking me if I can give for this FUCKING ALMOHADS some kind of job. If not EFTA of theirs piggy almohad race can be in trouble for centuries to come, without the Human Race North.

PANDIT AND CROSBY SHOW:

PANDIT AND CROSBY SHOW: 11.02.2009. Reed a new yesterday writings. Very pathetic English language. Weak and orthography and morphology. Difficult to understand. However, taking in consideration my artificial isolation and sociopathy, it’s better than nothing. Also, have certain visualization. Like that, (PINOCCHIO PROCURA-SE (CONTINUATION)) very cute two Trojan Horses giving a big joy to the European Energy Policy pirates the Mr. Gerhard Schreuder and Mr. Durão Barroso. Where the meaning of a team, become important to me. Essentially to me, like to that hero from film “Producers”. Were on the one scene, to describe what he’s feeling, after taking bald of cold water, he for very long minutes was just saying: “I am wet, wet, very wet and very angry…” They, he and his associate, very dodgy Jew, made a production of vaudeville, some nonsense with no money, about the Hitler. Where the prime scene was the dance of Waffen SS accompanied by song “Primrose for Hitler and Germany…” This is exactly how I feel for many years. Feel inutile, fragile and pathetic. When I was a child, I reed Geoffrey Crayon’s one book called “Horseman without a head”. Weird story about false accusations, love, fidelity, goodies and beddies shooting one another with bullets currying triple (“KKK”) hallmarks. Exactly similarly to the present bankers mess in United Kingdom. Where the UK – is that, from “Legend of Sleepy Hollow” rider…
